Yaaay… our first harvest of the year! Jose, his sons, Kim and I dropped off the bourbon harvest. Bourbon is a highly desired type of coffee bean. Tough to grow but tastes great! This is our first year using our own farm truck which we just shipped down from the United States.
Harvest is a bit late this year. So lots of harvesting in January and February and none this past November-December. Weather is great and we have lots of visitors coming in next month or two.
